ADMINISTRATION
USI
assists in the administration process of handling company’s unemployment
claims; thereby, reducing a company’s workload and limiting their client’s
liability related to illegal claims. USI
works with the company and the state to process claims quickly, efficiently, and
professionally. USI is familiar
with the state’s requirements and the language necessary to successfully win
claims for clients. In the event an
appeal of a claim is needed, USI will continue assisting the client by writing
an appeal. Should that claim go to
a hearing, USI will brief the client prior to the hearing to ensure they are
fully prepared and aware of what to expect.
In the event a secondary appeal is necessary, USI will write the
secondary appeal. USI can also
provide instruction, guidance, and answers to questions regarding the proper
disciplinary actions to take with troublesome employees and the steps to take
when termination of an employee is unavoidable. This guidance can prove to be cost saving for the client as
it can assist in the proper documentation of events and prevent unnecessary
unemployment claims from being charged against the employer.
